Year 1SG visit Brighton Beach
Year 1SG have had a wonderful day at New Brighton beach!
We made sandcastles, dug holes and collected lots of pretty shells. Luckily the weather stayed dry for the most part and Year 1 loved discussing all of the different wildlife that could be in the sea and on the sand. We even spotted a lighthouse and dug our memories back to Nursery when some of us read the book The Lighthouse Kepper's Lunch.
Overall, we had a fantastic day making lots of happy memories to treasure for a lifetime.
