Year 4AM visit Think Tank Science Museum
On Thursday 4th May 2023 Year 4AM went on a visit to 'Think tank' in Birmingham.
The focus was on improving our Science knowledge and finding different things we are interested and passionate about. The day started with a trip to the planetarium where we learnt about stars and planets, as well as how and why human life is capable of existing on Earth. After this we listened to a talk about electricity and how it was first found! As well as participating in plenty of fun demonstrations, where some of the class even got to dress up. We then looked at the fantastic and fascinating fossils and animals that 'Think tank' had to offer.
To finish the day we got to explore different Science concepts in the outdoor water garden, watching rockets launch with different amounts of pressure and water. Whilst trying not to get wet.
A fantastic day, with lots of new ideas explored. Well done 4AM!
